the work out in half of the time.
Combat fitness classes combine
speed, agility, cardio and weight
training all in one class. Gone are the days of
doing 3 sets of 10 repetitions. Our classes follow the High
Intensity Interval
Training this type of training is the most efficient
way to burn calories and put on muscle. Combat
Fitness is easily scaled for each individual. Since
we have replaced repetitions with timed intervals each participant
is able to put out “their” own maximal effort.
Participating in Combat Fitness
classes will give you all the benefits of a regular
workout, improved muscle
tone and definition, more energy, higher self esteem, and
better health. But because of the nature of our exercise
program you will have improved speed, agility,
quickness, and coordination. Because what is the point of all
